Site of 100 plus acres with roadways, parking lots, clearing. grading,
erosion control, mass excavation, water lines, sewer lines, storm drainage,
curb and gutter, irrigation, sodding, retaining walls, athletic fields,
running track, paving, striping, and signage requirements. This is
a Turn Key site package award.
The job started in 2008 and finished in June, 2010.
